Anyone else have problems with cheaphumidors.com?

I ordered one without a glass top and what do you think they sent? One with a glass top. I don't believe it was an accident. They know what they ship. They're just trying to put one over on me. I could get one with a glass top anywhere, any day. It just freakin' pisses me off.

Here is the one I ordered. It says $36.99 make an offer so I said $35. Why have make an offer if you don't mean it, right?

And the one they sent closes with a bang not a whoosh.

Three purchases from them, zero problems. None of the purchases were a humidor though.

Why would a reputable company pick you to single out and swindle? Most likely an honest mistake. Call them up and I bet they make it right.

I've never dealt with them but they have a high reputation around these parts. I would definietly call them and let them know what happened.

I've ordered two humidors and some accessories from them (3 separate orders) and haven't had any real problems. They did leave something out of one of my orders but I let them know and they made it right.

Let them know and see what happens. If you have problems after the fact then you can bash them. Everybody makes mistakes. Its how they handle it now that will mean something.

I just purchased a humi from Cheap Humidors and accidentally entered the wrong address.

I emailed them with the correct one, and the said they will reship.

I'll keep you posted on how it pans out.

they sent me someone else's order one time. I was hoping they would let me keep it, but they sent me a packing slip to ship it back. Anyway, they made it right for the other guy as soon as they found out about the mistake, so they are ok in my book.

Michael, brother, cigar smokers aren't don't stress about the small stuff, we leave that to cigarette smokers. I know $35 bucks is $35 bucks, but not the end of the world. Give them a chance to make it right, 99.9% they will.

Now go out and get a cup of decaf, light up a nice slow cigar and relax.

Firstly, I wanted to thank all the people that commented on our service. We aren't perfect, but we certainly do try to make up for any shortcomings.

I've been selling online for over 12 years now, and I never fully understood people's desires to complain about something before they consult the vendor. Maybe it is a knee-jerk reaction? I think you will find that most vendors are eager to correct any mistakes if they were just informed in the first place.

Michael you emailed us about your problem 3 hours AFTER you posted it on this message board on Saturday. Once we got your email on Monday, we apologized, sent the correct item, and a return label so there would be absolutely no cost to you. Because thats the right thing to do.

Now like I said, we ain't perfect, but I also have no reason to screw somebody. And I certainly wasn't trying to pull a fast one on you. Anyway, maybe you were having a bad day, I've been there before. If thats the case, certainly hope things get better and your new humidor should be there in a day or two.
