Wiping down or boveda pack?

Hey guys!
My humidor came two days ago and seasoning-kit is hopefully here in a couple of days as well. When using the boveda kit, is it necessary to wipe down the humidor with distilled water or just throw the packs in and wait?

Regards

Avoid getting water on the cedar walls. For one thing, that increases the risk of mold. And the thin wood panel may bow or swell, screwing up the seal/fit. Just use the seasoning kit and/or the humi things - and be patient. Waiting a few days for the 'dor to get seasoned will provide years of pleasure
