Good idea. My local B&M offers something similar, but in the form of a small journal, when you purchase several cigars. Overall a great way to record your current thoughts on a cigar. If you have many of the same it's also great to have a reference of how your thoughts have changed as the cigars age.

i really like the idea and the format.... yes i would include a spot for ratings but one could easily just put that in notes... the spacing is good... the bigger the better if its going to be handwritten IMO... a journal is a good way to focus on the diff. elements of a cigar... nice work bill

I am not really sure how it works but you have probably seen that they have these online PDF files that we can all download and then literally click on each line in the document and we can type in, via computer keyboard, whatever we want to say in each line.
I would assume at least 100 people on Puff.com have Adobe PDF Maker or Writer or whatever its called and it 'should' be a real simple application.

That way we could use it, type quickly on our computers (which we obviously already use so much) and store it/file it on our computers if we want.
-or-
We can print it out and hand write on it and file it away somewhere.

I personally imagine that the former (sitting on the computer) would get more use but I could be wrong.

Great idea & tool by the way!
We may need to make one for the Pipesters as well. Perhaps slightly modified.
