Pleased with my new Xicar
I am posting this thread because I complained recently about the quality of the cuts I was getting with my Xicar. Today I received a brand new replacement from them and it functions as advertised. I'm pleased with its smooth operation and clean cuts. Coincidentally, arriving in the same mail delivery was the nice leather holster that they offered for registering the product. My overall impression with Xicar is that they are a quality company and stand behind their products 100%.
