Ordering from Heartfelt?

Hey guys, i was just wondering, when you guys have ordered something from Heartfelt, did you get any time of email confirmation? I know they just reopened yesterday but i did expect some sort of email confirmation.

Do they even send tracking information or does your stuff just show up at your door?

They usually are pretty prompt about sending out e-mail confirmations when they ship things out. I also am waiting however for that e-mail as I ordered something when they were closed. I figured they were a little back logged with orders but I was going to send an e-mail their way tomorrow afternoon just in case if I don't hear from them

They won't send you a tracking number or anything, but my shipment arrived in Canada in less than a week. A great company to deal with. They made a small mistake with my order, and immediately fixed the problem to my advantage. I suspect that in a few days from now you'll have a package at your door.

Lol, i hope so. I am just "starting up" a small 20 count humidor and i want these beads and digi hygro to stabalize everything. I just dont know how much longer i can hold out without buying some sticks. Im driving my wife crazy! HAHA

^^^ I dont even have any cigars commming yet... But yeah, im trying to hold out a few months to save some money. Allready looking at a 300 count.

Heartfelt is a great company,,,never had issues with them and you will be fine. I would start eyeballing at least a 300 count humi and remember that you can always start a coolerador for cheap if you start buying boxes,,,but you can put singles and 5 paks in there as well. I got a cooler from Walmart years ago that I use,,,96 qt. that will hold all you want to buy unless you go off the deep end and go into debt like the rest of us,,,and don't get me started on the Devils Site. Hold your nose and dive in!

my first order was screwed up, i ordered 65% beads but was shipped 70%. I dint bother to request for an exchange as i just really really wanted to get my humidor up. but i was impressed with the speed they took to process my order and ship it out to asia.
Second order of the beads, they got it totally right, bought cigar case as well as a pound of 65%, fuss free to deal with. I like it when deliveries are executed with haste.

Heartfelt is a great company. Everything I have gotten from them has been US mail and arrived very quickly. Twenty count humidor? That would be for traveling I expect. You need to think bigger, you will need it. I have three 52 qt coolers, two 225 ct desktops, and a 1,500 ct cabinet. Not stating this to brag, just to let you know I have some experience with humidors. If I had it to do all over I would go straight to the coolers, with one desktop of moderate capacity for ready service, ie, daily smokes. My coolers with a pound of heartfelt beads are almost maintenance free, and keep the boxed cigars in perfect condition. The cabinet and desktops are nice, but a whole lot more trouble, and not nearly as efficient as the coolers.

Totally agree, Heartfelt is a great company. Had placed an order and it was missing one of the item. Send David an email late Friday afternoon and the item arrived Monday. All the other orders I've placed were fine. I did find an old email from my last order stating that the items had been shipped and it included tracking information.

I got my confirmation email and tracking info on the 8th when they opened back up.

I shot them an email and got a quick reply. Seems they are a little backed up from all the orders they got while their opperation was closed and assured me i would recieve shipping information when they get the package out. Good customer service. Half the times these days you cant even get anyone to get back to you.

So far, thumbs up to Heartfelt.

Yeah, the guy at heartfelt runs a great business. He even comes on here and answers questions about his product, even when the same one is asked for the nth time.

Good to know I figured as much as I'm sure they got a ton of orders when they were closed for that time period. Thx for the info
