Xikar Humidor
Hello everyone, I recently purchased a Xikar humidor and was disappointed. First, the humidor was different from the picture (which featured a trim piece by the hygrometer/humidification device), and it also had a piece of the cedar lining torn off and missing. The fit and finish were also average.
 I noticed that the humidors are no longer on the Xikar website, and was wondering if they were making changes. Please do not see this as a stab at Xikar, I love their cutters and lighters,and respect their customer service (the humidor was returned with no problems). I was just expecting a great product from a great company  . Instead I got a average product from a great company. |

It's good to know that they were responsible enough to take it back. $h!t happens and good companies always do the right thing.
