I already use 65% beads
My question is how much to keep 150 Gal cooler at 65% rh.

Alan, check out Heartfelt and Cigarmony. Both of them have calculators that let you enter measurements and it will tell you how many oz you need.

4 lbs, wow, that's a lot! Coolers are different from traditional wood humidors. They hold the rh much better. I have 3/4 lb (65% beads) in my 120 qt cooler and it sits at 65% for months.
