Vinotemp Temperature reading way off?
I have the Vinotemp 28 bottle. The vino reads 67 degrees and my xikar hygrometer placed in the middle reads 61. Any ideas why this would be?

Re: Vinotemp Temperature reading way off?
Since vino won't cool lower than 67 degrees, I don't pay attention to that. I think a few degrees variation in temperature are not that important anyway. Just make sure you keep the humidity in the right range.
