Haier: Dual Zone 18 bottle Wine Cooler

Picked one of these up from Target the other day, two cooling units one maxes out at 64 the other at 55 degrees. Took out the divider and they both get the temp at about 58-60% degrees. My question is, how cold is too cold? I have 2 lbs of 65% Heartfelt beads..but if 60% is too cold, I have other problems.

I went with a cooler because I can't get my desktops down below 78 degrees. What do you guys recommend?

Been sitting pretty now for about an hour at 65 degrees. Getting better? 65/65% a safe ratio?

I'm not sure how cold is to cold for long term storage, but I keep my humidors in the basement. The average temp down there is between 60-66 degrees F. I also run around 66%-68% humidity, which some consider a little low. I personally like a little drier cigar as it tends to burn a bit better. What I have yet to find out is whether or not this temp/humidity combo ages well.

I would try to get it as close to 70 as possible, the colder it is the faster it'll pull the humidity out of the cooler.

I would recommend AGAINST any Haier products.

I've had multiple bad experiences with their mini fridge and mini wine cooler products. They seem to stop working within 18-24 months after purchase.

Of course, if you are not using the cooling system in them, thats another story altogether and then it might be fine.
