I would think so, yes. The Cigar Oasis manual says to put it above your cigars, that's what I've done in my humidor (which is also from Tampa Humidor). Currently I only use the Oasis on the top shelf, however, I have 65% beads in transit. I'm planning on trying the beads on the bottom with the Oasis on top. Granted I don't know if that's what I should do or if I should flip them around so oasis is on the bottom and the beads are on top. I'm just going with what the Oasis manual says.

With the Oasis there isn't much to seasoning a humidor, that's a plus.
