Lighter recommendation, bear with me
I know the talk of lighters has been beaten to death here but my question is a little different than the others. I am looking for a lighter that 1) efficiently lights cigars 2) doesn't run out of fluid after 10 seconds of being lit 3) is refillable 4) is windproof 5) and would be good to take camping, light firecrackers, and anything else I might want to light. Many of the lighters look so foo-foo. I want something rugged that I can put in a tackle box that will still do the job. Is the Vector Pinnacle my answer?

Re: Lighter recommendation, bear with me
I'd go with Colibri's CX Gear series. Not only is it a Colibri lighter (which says quality to me) but they are very rugged looking and will set fire to damn near anything. Check it out at www.colibri.com

Re: Lighter recommendation, bear with me
Check out my thread on the nice $20 colibri here
I currently like Nibo lighters best. I use the triple flame models (Space 6) at home, and use single flame ones when I leave home. The triple flame lighters go through a tank of butane in an instant. You can get Nibo lighters from various online sources for $7 - $25 depending on model. I am going to pick up a VIP 1c soon, which is a very convincing St. Dupont knockoff. See http://www.nibogroup.com/ for pics of their lighters. If I were going to spend more money on a lighter I would probably look into one of Vectors lean burn lighters (gear or Pinnacle) or the very beautiful Emporer they make. http://www.vectorkgm.com Other than that I thinkyou can't go wrong with the original cigar torch, namely a Blazer PB-207, no fancy finish or foo foo, just a damn hot jet flame.
