Yeah ya always need more space than ya think when ya first look down the slope! I decided to take care of that by just starting with the biggest cooler I could find, so I got a 120 qt.

Re: My third humi!

Eef -

Just get the cooler. Seriously. You know you're gonna need it... at the growth rate your stogie collection has undergone in the past 6 weeks, you'll be in Mo and Khat territory by about May

This place took me from a 40 ct. to a 150 ct. at Christmas to a coolerdor in mid january, and finally a 52 bottle wine-cellar fridgeador before Feb.

... and they're all gettin crowded!

And its all CS's fault. Oh yeah - and the Devil. Bwahahahhhaaah.

Re: My third humi!

I dream of hitting jackpot and buying a mansion in which I will have a huge smoking room, with boxes of cigars in all four walls and wine in the bottom shelves. In the back of the smoking room I will have a room just for storage and aging. I could see the boxes stockpiling from the floor to the roof, and everything will be climate controlled to the optimum parameters. No more humidors for me!!! ...what the hell have I been smoking???

Re: My third humi!

when you're right you're right RcktS4. Once I fill this puppy, a coolerdor it is. Especially now that I have had so many different samples I am gettin' sick of it- I'm ready to start buying some boxes of my favorites!

I know you're having a hard time choosing, Domestics or the other kind?
But Mon, take it easy to whatever you're smoking now Amigo
Hey, there is nothing wrong with those dreams, just make sure in your dream you are smoking those cigars... Salud!

Re: My third humi!

Those are nice humis you got. But I can't recommend the coolerdor strongly enough. For $65 you can set up something that isn't pretty, but holds a lot of smokes very well. I have two nice humidors that are 100 and 150 count, but they are pretty empty save for a few bundles of Connies. My coolers don't have the temp and humidity fluctuations that my nicer humis do.

I see pictures of these beautiful cabinet humidors that hold thousands of cigars, but I just think that I would rather spend $100 on a coolerdor and the rest of the money on filling it. But hey, I'm cheap and nice pretty things are kinda wasted on me.

Re: My third humi!

Eef,

Sounds like we are both having the same problem (Hooked like a sailfish) . I will most likely jump right from my 100 count Savoy to the Coolidor based on the grunts of all these fine gorillas. I will start looking for the Cooler this weekend since a new Super Walmart just opened up down the street. Can't hurt to get a head start I think I will build a wood chest to slip it into so as to not tempt my Beer swilling buddies from getting a peek at my stash

Re: My third humi!

eef, I know what ya mean man. I started smokin Cigars maybe a month ago now and I've already spent oh roughly $300 on Cigars. I know I won't be able to keep that kinda spending up but man am I hooked. My wife thinks (or Hopes) that it will all blow over soon and I'll be back to my old Smokeless self again but, I don't think that will be happening!
