Punch Cutter: Xikar 007 or 008?

I'm in the market for a new punch cutter. I was thinking of picking up the Xikar 007 or the Xikar 008. (Leaning toward 007.) Any thoughts or experience with either or bother? Or is there some other punch out there that is the punch cutter of choice?
