By the way, nearly a month after I received my beads from Heartfelt, my Climmax beads arrived. Even after having sent an email instructing to cancel my order.

I was a little pissed until I won all those auctions (which I didn't think I was going to win) at cigarbid and now I actually NEED the extra beads.

I foolishly ordered beads form Climmax (THe name reminded me of an Orgasm!)
I waited about two weeks before I sent my first email. No response. A week later I emailed again... same result. Tried calling no one to answer the phone and not even a freaking answering machine. I worked in retail for about 15 years , so I know what customer service is all about... and his customer service sucks! After a month of frustration I sent them an email cancelling my order- still no response. What a waste of time!

Then I got smart and ordered from Viper. Wow what a difference. Had em in 3 days. That's the kind of service that deserves to be rewarded - with more business!

This vendor Is by far the worst In the cigar accessories Industry. I still have an order outstanding from last year. I sent him an email to cancel, but I haven't researched my credit card statements to find out.
