Spanish cedar tray capacity

I have the spanis cedar trays here: http://www.bargainhumidors.com/bh/Pr...ctid=ACC-TRAYS

It says the capacity is 30 sticks. Does it make a difference if I have more than 30 in them? I just don't have any place else to put them and want to make sure it's OK.

If you are stacking them then you can't go over the top edge, as you might have guessed. But I often stack over the top edge of my trays and have never had a problem. I just make sure I rotate the cigars once a month.

I have a few that go over the top edge. They're not spilling out or anything.

Nah, you're fine. I have some of those trays that fit about 35, I think I have 40 in one of them. Even if they go above the top part of the tray, it's not a big deal unless you stacked trays on top of them and they're being crushed. You should be fine.
