Good thing you got outbid, the green and blue drill pieces are not a palladium piece. If this were a real Dupont, there would also be one other mark on the bottom of the lighter. The Drill pieces are a Sterling Silver lighter. All Dupont Ligne 1, Ligne 2, Ligne D, Gatsby, Windsor, D Lights, Urbans...regardless the model, all of them have their jeweler stamps on the bottom...this one does not bear one

If that were in fact a real S.T. Dupont it would have sold for a much higher price, I am glad you did not end up winning this auction, you would have been unhappy with the outcome.
