Wireless hygrometer?

Hey guys, I'm new here. I've been snooping for many months and finally decided it was time to show myself. Anyhow, I've got a new humidor and was wondering if any of you used a wireless hygrometer. I would like to use one to prevent having to open my humidor. The local Target has ones by Oregon scientific, but I don't know if the transmitter is too large for my humidor (a 75 count)

thanks in advance.

I bought mine at Target and is came with one remote and a desk unit. I use mine in a 165 QT cooler so the size of the unit is not a big issue. For a 75 count humidor you will need to weigh the value of having it against the space it takes up. I really like mine, I just glanced over at the base unit on the desk here, sweet. I am thinking about adding another remote, the unit I have can have up to 3.

Welcome to Club Stogie. I use Radio Shack hygrometers and they work great. I think they are made by Oregon scientific.

I use a Wireless system that accomodates 3 wireless transmitters from Oregon Scientific and have 2 transmitters in my Coolers and the 3rd in a 100 ct. Desktop. I keep the Base Unit within reading distance in my living room and theis system works great. I also have one of Heartfelt's adjustable Hygro's in each of the Coolers and desktop for comparison.
