FYI,
I know it is quite expensive but I can't say enough good things about this humidor. If you decide to order one, do yourself a favor and save a bit more and invest in the "set and forget" system that Bob offers. The unit comes with a fan in the reservoir box that you normally place at the bottom of the humidor and in addition, a fan is placed a the top, towards the back. These two fans combine for a perfect comparable reading no matter where you place a hygrometer. Mine is still in its breaking in stage and I have placed my Radio Shack remote control hygrometer all over the place to test it. Again, no matter where I place it, I get the same reading. May be a matter of personal preferrence but I think it was well worth the $300 or so for the system. |
