A cigar ring gauge device??

I will share the exacting specifications for the plastic when I hear back from the manufacturer. I am not even sure if the 3 holes over 52 RG will fly but I submitted the design to the manufacturer today and we shall see.

Unless something changes the smallest quantity would be 500 and due to the custom metal die and setup I am quoted around $3 per on the first 500, it drops off to around $2 at 1000. I need to work closely with the manufacturer to ensure we get lasting quality. This should be fun if we (I) are patient.

I contacted Scott early on (several times) and he indicated that his company wasn't setup to handle this product. He encouraged me to find my own manufacturer and after several tries I think I have a good one, they have been patient while I found the time to create the design, which may change a little if we can ID the font in the logotype "Club Stogie" at the top of the page on the left. Yeah, that one.

I recently scored a similiar one on Ebay. Bitch screwed me out of my $9. Better be damn glad she isn't within a 1000 miles or I'd be making a road trip. And yes, I am the type that would spennd $200 in gas to get my $9 back. I hate thieves, my money doesn't grow on trees. Only other time on Ebay was for a PDA. She paid up when I mentioned that Pittsburgh was only an 8 hour ride away.... I really hate a thief!

Actually after many conversation with the original organization, Shumsky Humidor they finally offered to manufacture the item but where over priced and only one color. With the new manufacturer I was quoted 4 color-process printing.

Right you are vstomark, some of the lads use those, they work fine if you know the metric conversion, ie a 48 RG is the equivalent of 3/4" or 19.05mm

Since a single ring gauge unit equals 1/64th of an inch the metric equivalent would be .3968mm
