Re: new humi

I would recommend using a Tupperware type container with a Humidistik in it.
Get a few pieces of cedar from your local shop, a lot of boxes come with spacers in them, works great, and the Humi Sticks are awesome. One guy here was trying to get rid of some, maybe he will chime in. Either way, it is a cheap solution that is pretty trouble free. I used one for almost a year before I got a humi.

I agree, go with the tupperdor or depends on how much you want to spend, but I would make a coolerdor. Do a search on coolerdor and it will give you instructions on how to make one.

I wouldn't buy a humi, you'll outgrow it so quick, like I have. I have to medium humis and for the money I could have made a nice coolerdor, which I will make pretty soon.

Re: new humi

How much attention must one give for a tupperware humi? I would think one would have to check it often to make sure the humidity is not only too low, but also too high. Not to mention you have to open it up to allow them to "breath". Just a thought. You can find good humidors woth good prices, but it depends how big you want it to be. Here are a couple of places you can start.

and try e-bay
