Yea, they go through fuel pretty fast but they can light a cigar in nothing flat so watch out and don't scorch the foot!!!!

If your like me, and seem to loose a lighter at least once a year these are the ticket. I've lost some pretty expensive lighters in the past so I don't carry anything expensive with me now. Funny thing is, now that I've been using these cheap lighters, I don't seem to loose them....????
That's the way it works man, you always loose the expensive lighter. That is why I am not shelling out a lot of money for one. I wanted a cheap lighter but not a gas station model or a Collibri

Re: Nibo Lighters

Had a Nibo Space lighter for about 8 months and it gave out. I bought a Nibo Royal to replace it. I also have since bought a Nibo VIP1.

The bad thing about Nibo is they are very inefficient; they use a LOT of fuel.

The great thing about Nibo lighters is that they are cheap and look good. You don't feel horrible if you lose one.

Re: Nibo Lighters

Torches in general use a lot of fuel (some more than others). As long a I am around the house I don't care if I run out of fuel, but it is sure a PITA if it happens when I'm out (like on the golf course).
I might have to give a NIBO a try.

You won't be dissapointed. This is a pretty good lighter for the money. It does use up some fuel though.

Re: Nibo Lighters

Bump.. I just received one of these in an oline buy. Works great! We'll see how durable it is, but am pleased with the VALUE in this lighter. I have owned all types of expensive lighters (corona, colibri, quantum) and don't see the value in those. Not concerned about fuel consumption.

Re: Nibo Lighters

Bought one of the Nibo's about a year ago. Worked fine at firdt although it did go through fuel. Forgot and left it in my pocket one day during work and the finish almost completely came off. Figured as long as it works who cares. I think it lasted another couple of weeks and now it will not work at all. Good thing is it was only about $12.00.

Re: Nibo Lighters

I've had a Nibo Supra 14 for about 10 months, been a good lighter without any problems. Just picked up a lot of 10 Nibo Supra 24 Duals off of E-bay for $30.50. Enough lighters for the shop, truck + a bunch to either wear out or lose.

Re: Nibo Lighters

FYI, I posted in this thread back on 1/6/06 about my Nibo lighter and just so happens I"ve still got it and it's working fine. A little rough around the edges but for < 10$ it's been great.

Re: Nibo Lighters

I would much rather spend my $$$ on cigars vs. lighters. The cheaper the better for me.
