The one in your avatar is by-far the coolest one I have ever seen for more than one reason.

I've got two, a Stinky for when my buddies are over and a melted down Teachers Scotch bottle for when I'm smoking on the deck.

Re: Topic: Ashtrays

For those of you smoking outside, I would recommend one with an extra-deep bowl (such as the stinky) so that the ashes don't blow out all over the place. (It gets windy here in Texas, ya know?)

Welcome to CS, El Jefe.
Scotch bottle is really unique! Like to hear how you created this.

I also use a stinky. Several friends have purchased them upon seeing and using mine.

Re: Topic: Ashtrays

While the Stinky seems to be the most popular, I rarely have the need for the 15 cubit feet of capacity the Stinky offers. Saw one in real life one time. Had to step around it to get to the walk-in humidor at my local B&M.

All that being said, I just couldn't pass up the Casa Fuente ashtrays when I was in Vegas recently. Nice classic look to them. Post a pic when I can find the damn camera...And she wonders why I lock my humidor...

I use a 1960s greenish yellow blown glass ashtray, I only paid $2 for it at some junk store, but I love it.

The Scotch bottle was just one of those strange finds on Ebay. I'm not sure of the history but I did like the $3.99 price as well as the unique look.

Re: Topic: Ashtrays

I've got an extremely stylish crushed tomato can, with the label peeling off the sides and the lid partially attached for use in pushing ashes of my cigar. My front porch is where I normally smoke, larger than the back, with chairs, and I am very hesitant to put a nice ashtray out there, although I think my wife would like me to, especially since my can is full atm...
