Hello Everyone,
I am interested in purchasing an ashtray.
What does everyone use? What do you like or dislike, and any suggestions on where to purchase?
Thanks.

I love my Stinky Cigar Ashtray, sure it's not made of marble or luxurious to look at but it has a deep bowl and can accomodate a ton of ash!

My favorite is called Cuba, made by Lalique (I think it's out of production, but it's still available in the secondary market).

I

I also have great Waterford ashtray made for cigars and a number of other crystal ashtrays strewn about the house (I sort of went through a Lalique buying binge a few years ago )

The piston head has got that beat I believe. But what the hell, I think we should do a poll on this.

Re: Topic: Ashtrays

If you smoke outside, think about something you won't mind getting a bit weathered. I bought a cool blown glass tray with wavy, thick edges that holds cigars pretty well and takes a beating from the elements (except cement, I presume.) The nice thing about those Stinky models is that they hold the ash way down at the bottom of a deep tray so that the cigars don't suffocate or get dirty. Let us know what you get.
