Re: Colibri & Vector Lighter Fuel

Well, I just got my Vector fuel today. Talk about quick shipping! My colibri lighter is working beautifully right now, but the real test will be in a couple of days. Normally, when I have problems it's when the lighter is half full or less. I'll post in a few days and let you all know how it turns out.

Highly recommended IMHO.
X2 literally. I bought two lighters and two cans of fuel. The price couldn't be beat, and I'm very happy with the quality. This 6.00 lighter beats the heck out of my -libri.

Re: Colibri & Vector Lighter Fuel

Well, it's now been a couple of weeks since using the Vector fuel in my colibri torch, and man, has that made a difference! I didn't want to post too soon, but I've now used it long enough for two refills, and my colibri is working like a champ!

For all of those guys who want to junk their torches (or Colibri lighters), you ought to give this fuel a try. I thought that the Colibri fuel would be the best to use, not anymore! In addition, you get about 3 1/2 times the amount of fuel for the same cost. I'm a happy man!

I bought a big can of Vector Qintuple Refined Fuel for $4 and put it in the same lighter. Now that lighter works like you would expect it to do. If must have cleaned uip whatever was clogging it. Even the cheap lighters that I have work a lot better with the Vector Fuel.

I highly recomend the Vector Fuel.
You just saved me a new thread...thanks!!!

Re: Colibri & Vector Lighter Fuel

If you want vector fuel, I would check out Mark at Cigarmony.com since he is a fellow gorilla. He stocks it, plus it's good karma to buy from a fellow gorilla.

Not to mention the customer service is awesome. Forgot to add that Mark.

Re: Colibri & Vector Lighter Fuel

Word to the wise, rather than run up the stairs for the Vector, I topped off my lighter with a can of Colibri fuel yesterday with bad results.
My Extend, which had worked flawlessly since purchase, suddenly was spitting and spurting. Time for a deep purge and refill with the good stuff!
