What do you DISLIKE about your Cigar Caddy?

simple question: What things could be improved on the large 30 stick count cigar caddy / herfadors?? What is that one feature you wish it had, or that one thing that you always wish could be done better.

In a similar vein, what do you think it does very well, a feature that you love and feel is essential to travel and herfing?

I am looking to build my own custom unit, one that will hopefully do a better job, and hold about 75 sticks in it. But I need a little design input, as I don't own a 30 count and do not know what needs improving. And if I like the end result and can build it for a reasonable price, I'll make em available to folks here in the jungle as well.

Just make sure that if it is goint to seal like the Caddies that there is a pressure relief valve. The Traveldor I have does not have one and you have to pry it open with a screwdriver sometimes.

Every time I open mine sticks are missing and I have to fill it up. WTF?

Put some thought to the "pads" that will hold the cigars.
Mine are the old styly...maybe still current on some makers.
The thin pads are flimsy and often the cigars will spill from one level to another. This happens when differing sizes of sticks are on the top pad and on the next pad.
It's a real mess and PITA at times.

good input. I'll be sure to include a locking boobytrap system - anytime those pesky cogar nomes try to touch the box, -ZAP-

trays will be the thick, individual stick ones sold by cigarsolutions - no sticks tumbling when you take em out, no sticks rearanging in transit, even if theres only a couple cigars in the whole thing (but if this happens, then the nomes have found a way in and you are in trouble - I recommend sending me all of your sticks for safekeeping since they are not safe there!)
