Humidor Conditioning
Ok, I just got a humidor from cheaphumidors and what i've read on here says to wipe down the inside with distilled water, but the instructions that came with the humidor said not to. Which do i go with?

Re: Humidor Conditioning
lightly wet a sponge that doesnt have any chemicals on it with distilled water and lighly wet all the wood. Then stick the sponge on a plastic bag and put it in the bottom of your humi. Fill up your humidifier with distilled water or a 50/50 mix of PG and distilled and let sit for 24hrs. Check it after a day and if the reading is low repeat. When hygro reads 70% or so put cigars in.
