Distilled H2O
When you open the jug of distilled water does it ruin it? can you let it sit with the cap on for months or more or does it change the make up of the water that makes it distilled?
do you use a new jug each time? thanks! Speedo |

ya its fine if it is closed. I use mine over the period of about a year for one gallon or so.

Before I use a old jug I'll shake it, if there is junk floating around in it I'll get a new jug and throw that one out.

I agree if you put the lid back on it you can use it for quite a while. I have been using the same jug for over a year.

Distilled water is pure H2O with almost no outside contaminants or solubles (other minerals etc). The only way it would be "bad" is if something else got inside the bottle. Otherwise, it will keep itself just the same for years and years as long as it is capped.
