Its actually an Xtream cigar caddy. Its a hardshell like an otterbox. I think it is listed as an 18 ct. but i replaced the foam and store my cigars sideways (I like torps and robustos) so it actually fits 24 cigars. Also, I took out the humidification disc and I use 65% humidity sheets from heartfelt.

I guess my question is...do you still have the protective foam in the top of the case?

If so, is it just pressed against the humi sheet?

The foam in the top is attached with double sided tape. I pulled that back and put the sheet behind it. To recharge the sheet I use a humi-pillow etc. That way I never have to put water directly on or around the foam. I read a lot of threads about people having trouble with mold in their travel humis so this was my solution. Also, the sheets stay charged for a long time. The way an otterbox, pelican, etc. works, you really don't need a humidifiction device for a short trip.
