Cigar Savor still on sale

J.R. still has those Drymistat humidification tubes (made by Cigar Savor) on sale for only $2.95 a piece. At my local B&M they sell them for $9.00.

I like using these humidifiers because they are so simple to use and there is no mess. Inside the tube is a gel that releases moisture into the surrounding area. They last a long time between fillings of water, they're easy to store since they are about the size of a toro cigar, and they really work as advertised. When the gel shrinks below the line marked on the tube, all you do is refill it with water. The only thing these tubes don't do is reabsorb excess moisture from the surrounding area (and as you may know, humidifying beads do that best of all).

We have a lot of choices when it comes to humidification devices and this is one that works well.

Keep blowing that smoke upward,
Don

PS: Here's a blurb about the product:

"The space age plastic tube allows humidity to escape through micropores. Uses plain tap water The tube design is the same size as a 6 x 50 cigars, which makes it ideal for travel humidors or transport cases."

Here's an article about the tubes and humidification that is interesting:

I see they also still charge $2.50 each for shipping. Even with the rip-off on the shipping it still comes out to less than the $9 at your B&M.

Agree. I like stopping in their shop, but damn they hammer on shipping if you try to order online. I was going to get some hygrometers off them awhile ago but think the shipping was going to cost more than what I was buying?! Pissed me off, so went elsewhere.
