I'm starting to build another humidor. (Tease Pics)

I'm building a Humidor for the regional rep for JET Tools. I hope he likes it enough to show it to the right people. Who knows, maybe I can get a tool sponsorship so I can build more Humis.oflmao: Here's a little tease.:arghhhh:
Pay no attention to the gap between the base and the box. There not glued together yet. Still have to flatten the box top and bottom. Should hold around 50 Cigars. This one will run around 1250.00. The wood is some of the finest Bubinga in the USA as well as the AAAAQuilted Maple. I'll be lining it with some 3/8" thick Spanish Cedar by next weekend. I have access to some of the finest woods in the U.S. and don't mind putting it to good use in a Humidor. A family heirloom you can pass on to generations of family. Guaranteed to last longer than you or me.

Thanks for taking the time to look.

Thanks, I call that a double, double box joint. I actually did it twice. I was done the first time and it didn't meet my standards so I cut it up and started over. (one was off slightly) When that happens that's what everyone sees first for some reason so I had a Mulligan as they say.

Bill - you make some of the most awesome works of art I have ever seen done with wood. I am a sucker for quilted maple, and that just looks gorgeous. Fantastic job!

Wow that looks awesome! I just can't get over the beauty of natural wood in the hands of a true craftsman.
I'm lucky if I can cut a straight line
