Digital Hygrometer
I bought a digital hygrometer from heartfelt ind along with the calibration kit and after the calibration it is reading 7% low. That seems like an excesive amount to be off by. Should I contact them and return it, pay a little extra for the one you can adjust after you calibrate, or just always remember to add 7%? I am very frustrated right now.

there will always be a +/- factor with an hydrometer you by. I'd just add the 7% myself.

A little hint - if you are like me and have several humidors, each with a digital hydrometer, each off by a different percentage, put a small sticker on the back with the margin of error (+3%, -5%, etc.) so you don't drive yourself crazy trying to remember them all in your head.
