RH means relative humidity. This translates to you humidity is relative to your temperature.
At higher temps you humidity will rise do to the air will hold more moisture. What RH are your Beads? From the RH readings you have, I'm guessing 70%.

I would move you humidor to a cooler part of the house, 65 to 72 degrees will do. Don't worry about humidity of the room you store the humidor, that is the beauty of beads the absorb moisture as well. You will want them a little on the drier side if you are storing where the humidity hi, so they can absorb moisture easily.
