Tim, all i can say is that is some beautiful work there. i can definately see me getting one of these in the future to combat this harsh Houston heat, expect a PM when i do cuz i'll need some of those shelves.

The corners are mitered. The walls are 3/8" thick material, not 1/4" like the commercially available trays.

I have not received any complaints about warping yet. Last count there were 140 units out there already.
