Great Cigar Caddy customer service experience
Picked up my 18 ct. cigar caddy 3 years ago and i love it. I noticed the new style foam trays were deeper and held the cigars better than my old foam trays. i sent them an e-mail asking how to buy some of the new trays. Josh Richardson, sales manager, asked me for my address and just sent me some FOR FREE. That was awesome! He also told me that the Cigar Caddys have a lifetime warranty which I did not know about either. Don't think I'll need it, though, these things are tough. Kudos to Cigar Caddy!

that's awesome, nice follow-through...
I've been thinking I should get a proper 'travel humi' (that 50 stick desktop job holds plenty, but doesn't really protect the contents)  |

that is great service... I am actually going to be shopping for a travel humi in the near future because I will use it on my way home WOOOHOOOOO!!! Well, in about six more months. but dont rain on my parade...thanks for posting this
