I have found the Wester Caliber hygrometers to be the most accurate of the inexpensive ones. I have several, and they usually run within 1-2 % accuracy. You can use any Boveda Pak for calibration, whether it be 69%, 72%, or whatever. Just put it in a freezer bag for three days, it doesn't take weeks. The "special" humidification pak is just a higher humidity pak at 75.5.
