The Tower of Power question.
Are the shelves in the Tower of Power adjustable or are do they have a permanent slight downward slant to them?

Good question. Slanted shelves would not be very good for storing things. Unless they are on display.

The only reason they would be slanted is if you placed the pegs in offset/wrong holes. It is also possible that the cabinet was built incorrectly meaning the jig for drilling the adjustemnt holes was in in the correct position making the holes off.
I would suggest measuring from the static shelf in the middle (where the drawers are) to the first hole on all four corners. If the measurements are not the same, you have a defective cabinet, in which case contact the place you purchased it to get a replacement. I'd also broach the issue of them giving you a significant refund to keep the cabinet because shipping the big box is a pain. If this works out, you can get a jig at the Woodworker's Store to re-drill the holes to the correct position. Now you have two towers and lots of room for more sticks!!!!!! ![]()
