Thumbs up Heartfelt Customer Service

I ordered some 65% Rh beads from Heartfelt late on Wednesday last week. They were shipped out, first thing, the next morning.

The beads never got to me, eventhough the Post Office showed it as being delivered on Saturday. I left vm. messages for Dave and initially got no response. Later, I found out that he was experiencing tech difficulties with his vm service. When an email was sent to his admin mailbox he responded immediately and took care of everything.

I'm the FNG around here and got alot to learn. For what it's worth I recommend Heartfelt's Service and products with full confidence. If you deal with them you will not be let down.

Nice first post gingerbreadman. Dave is definitely a stand up guy. I've dealt with him on a couple of occassions and his customer service is among the best.

It's sad that you only get to hear the bad when it comes to customer service, especially when dealing over the web. When I find a good person that deals squarely it is my pleasure to let as many people as possible know.

I ordered a couple of items from Heartfelt and it arrived right on time. Got the humi sitting at 65% right now with his beads! Great vendor!!!

I give David two thumbs up as well. I ordered a half pound of 60% beads by mistake. It was completely my fault for clicking wrong and compunded by my not double-checking the invoice he emailed me. I emailed him and he responded in a matter of minutes, saying that it happens and to send it back for an exchange. This was on Thursday. I told him I would be dropping it back at the post office on Saturday to return to him. Monday i check my mail, and there is a package of 65% beads in my box. He must have shipped them out Thursday after our email conversation. He didn't wait for the returned items to reach him, which most vendors would have done (and probably would have taken a few days to reprocess the order).

A++ for Heartfelt Industries

PS: The beads are amazing. My hygrometer is locked on 65% to 67% within days after adding them. They are a must have!!!

I too have ordered twice from Dave. Both times were flawless and FAST! Excellent product and great service. That's the way a business should run.

I just can't believe he hasn't posted on this thread, as anytime his product comes up on this board, he sends a quick post to let us know he is reading...

I too was more than pleased with how quick my order came and how great the product is. Dave is also very good about responding when you have a question. A stand up guy with a stand up product.

I have both the 65% and the 70% beads. I got to give some props for the 70% beads, the isom's that i keep at 70% smoke wonderfully! Dave is a great guy with a good product!
