If you read the "sticky" at the top of the forum - there is a guide for the amount that you would need.
Keep in mind that if you add too many - doesn't matter, doesn't hurt anything - may mean you can go longer before charging the beads. If you don't put enough in - you may simply have to charge the beads more often.
