Cigar Ashtrays

Hi Guys,

I'm new around here and was considering opening up an ecommerce Ashtray shop. Just wanted to get a feel for how

many of you purchased a specific cigar ashtray for when smoking.

Any feedback would be much appreciated.

I have bought quite a couple ashtrays because I liked the look, brand, etc. like the Ashton four-finger. I have also bought a couple for function, like the stinky and 5 Vegas two-finger with a big bowl. Hope that helps.

I have several. RyJ, Oliva La Aroma de Cuba and a few others.

I have seven cigar ashtrays. 4 glass, 2 steel, and 1 wood one. I didn't buy any of them. 2 where give sways, 2 I won at events, 2 where gifted to me, and 1 was a trade. And with seven trays most of my ashes end up on the ground LOL.

i was given a Vegas 5, its nice and big for 2 sticks, but i don't really like it. i think it looks a little gaudy.

I haven't really found one i like though

but my ash usually falls on the floor anyways

What kind of shop are you thinking of starting? Do you make your own unique stuff or do you want to sell commercial trays?

If you could include other accessories, along with ashtrays I think that might be a plus... it may be hard to make a business go with just ashtrays, unless you have something really unique.

personaly I've had "cigar ashtrays" but I prefer the funky, weird shapes and colors of the ashtrays made in the 60's and 70's... I can usually always find something in the second hand stores cheap that fits my needs...
