Palio , OUCH !
If I can remember right I think I bought this online from Atlantic ?
Now , what should I do talk to them about it or go directly to Palio , I am not even sure if I have the warranty card around ?

I didn't sit on it or anything but I bought a box of Torpedos from Taboo and I like to use the Palio on torpedo's so all I did was simply go to pull it open and the cutter broke cleanly in half

the great thing about Palios is the unquestioning lifetime warranty just take it to any B&M that carries them and they should replace it no questions asked. Gotta love Palio.

Contact Atlantic and see what they have to say. E-Mail them the picture, too. They might have you send it back to them, or they will give you the address to Palio so you can send it directly to them.

Dzrtrat and ssutton219 were right , it was sitting on the table on the patio in the sun and I guess it just got hot and expanded a little and when I pulled on it , it just simply came apart , nothing broke and I put it back together like said and it's now working perfectly
Problem solved !
( you learn something new everyday )
