I got my ravello from CI almost two years ago, for about the same price, and it's great. Holds humidity very well, I only use one of the sponges and it does the job. Craftsmanship is good, mind you it is made in China. I don't think you can find any better for this price / count. They do fill up pretty quickly though. I would buy again, if I don't get a vinotemp setup, I will probably buy another.

the foot locker is a nice humi. a few friends of mine have had one. If u ran out of room, do you think u may do it again? Have u put a thought in to getting a cooler. U can get a 100qt cooler for about 50$ and that will take a good while to fill up.

I have the footlocker and I've been very happy with it. I have 7 boxes of various sizes and a bundle of churchills in the lower portion and about 60 mostly robusto size double stacked in each of the two trays.

the foot locker is a good buy I would go with that one its pretty much the biggest chest humi before getting into cabinets, good for when we hit the slopes.

Re: anybody own or have experience with these humidors?

Go on and put another hundred with what you got and go ahead and get a nice cabinet, and start a nice box collection, that is your next move anyway. Because when you fill one of those, you got 300 - 500 stoges and a cabinet is a logical next step. Don't deny the slope grasshopper.

I have the foot locker, like it a lot. It is best for holding boxes of cigars or large bundles. Not good for daily stuff because it is difficult to get to the lower levels when you have to move the cigars on top.

I've seen the Ravello everywhere, its seems to be very popular. Not a bad price either.
