Get an assortment of $2 cutters at your local B&M. When they get dull, you can replace them without all the gnashing of teeth. Until then, they'll work just fine. Buy guillotines, punches, and V-cutters for a little variation in your life. You'll neve have to fuss about cutters again, expecially $25 cutters.

Right here and they have a good price on Palio cutters too! (I just bought the Burl Wood and love it!)

yes but the palio and xikar have the best warranty possible bring it in to your b&m and tell them its not working right and they'll give you a new one. Same with the company. Plus no need to worry about screwing up a good cigar with a terrible cut from a free cutter. JMHO.
