Can you get it to light by using another flame source? Match, lighter candle, etc... If you still can't get it to light, then it's probably clogged.

However, if it does light with and external flame, then it's an ignition problem. Make sure the spark jumps from the electrode to the burner...preferably to the middle or far side of the burner.

Thanks for responding.
I do see the spark so I don't think it's an ignition problem.
The flame will come out but not as a torch-more like an old Zippo.
It may be clogged.
Any tips on how to unclog?
It's relatively new.

Take it all apart and run a small piece of wire though every tube, nozzle and hole you can find. Try blowing compressed air BACKWARDS through the burners. You may need to soak some pieces in solvent and try to blow them out as well.

I doubt that all five burners are fouled, unless this problem has been getting progressively worse for some time. I would pay special attention to the Valve, Flame Adjuster and Tubing.
