Yeah. I have an insert for my traditional Zippo. Same thing. They work just dandy. Kinda "plasticy" though.

Its not new, its been out since summer of 2007. I have one, the only problem is there is no flame adjuster. So you can't adjust the flame. Sometimes its really small, other times its really large. I use mine as a standby lighter.

Flint mechanism makes it a lot more reliable and it will last a whole lot longer than other's made with different techniques. Downside is that it's not as comfortable to use than electronic and such.
