is this lighter butane?

i just bought this an effect 58 lighter, but it just occured to me that i may not be butane. it doesn't say anywhere whether it is or is not butane. it is a torch lighter and it is wind resistant. are all torch lighters butane? how can I tell if this one if butane?

I did a little looking online and it appears to be. All my butane lighters have a port at the bottom which allow for it to be refilled. My guess is if even if it isn't, but can be refilled, just buy a can of butane to refill. Like $3 and you can refill it quite a few times. I'n not a 100% sure on my answer, but I'd say probably.

The only other kind of lighter uses a wick, like a Zippo. If you don't see a wick , then it surely uses butane.
