Active cooling of humi-any ideas?

Hey folks!
New to this board, but have been on ICG for some time.
Got a bit of a problem with heat. See, I live in Scandinavia, where it's cold most of the time. However, we do have a 3-month summer, and the present one is proving to be a bit of a scorcher.
My humi had barely gotten over it's mold attack around X-mas before there was a few bugs crawling around in there. Everything is in the deep freeze now, and I think I got the buggers in time.
However, I've checked, and there is nowhere in my pad that is below 24 degrees Celcius (75 farenheit) during the day.
SO at the present I'm looking into some options on how to cool my humi.
Any ideas?
I was looking at some thermoelectric coolers utilizing the Peltier effect. Is there anyone that has any experience with these and if it would be possible/realistic/cost efective to set up a circuit with one of these in it that might do the job?

Thanks,
-D-Love

Provided that you dont have a gazillion boxes theres a few options. I once checked into a large thermoelectric chiller for my wall cabinet & for the appropriate unit, they told me it would be around 7-8K in price! Not sure what the voltage there in Scandinavia is but heres a few other possible options depending on your budget & amount of cigars that need attention...

1) A Coleman style cooler with temp control. 16qt.

2) A wine chiller/refrigerator with a modified thermostat to keep boxes of cigars 65-70F. Available in many sizes & price ranges.

3) A chiller / temperature for an existing room or large cabinet. Not cheap, but think of the investment of whats on the inside of a large cabinet.

Thanks, Poker!

Thanks for the reply. I had considered the wine cooler solution, but it would be prohibitively expensive. You do have a point with the value of the contents of such a humidor, though. The pennies would be unwisely saved.
There's a company over in Gothamburg (yes, there actually is a Gotham City, it's in Sweden) that deals in the Peltier coolers. As my father is an enginer, I'm sure we'll be able to get a unit up and running, provided the thermoelectric cooler in itself isn't madly expensive.
I also belive those Coleman coolers use a Peltier, if so, one could just buy a cheap one, sacrifice it to the cigar gods, and use the internal organs for making such a cooler. I think the biggest problem would be the thermostat, but we'll see.
But if all else fails, I'll hve to tighten the belt and buy a wine cooler, maybye get one secondhand.
And by the way, thanks for the help with those sticks I had a hard time finding. Got the first box the other day, and dman are they fine!
