Nibo VIP really a good lighters?

I want to get a nice regular flame lighter to carry around when I don't need the power of my blazer EVO. I saw the Nibo VIP, and it looks like a knockoff Dupont. I love the looks of the dupont, but the price is too high.

Is this a good/quality lighter? Maybe some owners can give me some feedback.

I dont have that Nibo. But I do have a Nibo I used daily with no problems ever. I still use it. I got a Blazer PB207 now and use that more.

But my Nibo has never failed me at all.

NIBO are good but just not as good as a Blazer PB-207. if you want a good practical torch go for that but if you have your heart set on a NIBO you wont be disappointed if you do purchase one.

I have a pb-207, and blazer evo among like 5 other torches. I just like the regular flame for the days when the wind isn't blowing. Looking for a nice regular flame to add to the collection.

Ah right. In that case id go for it-you cant really go wrong with them-granted they are a total rip off of lighters like Duponts, but they work, look great and are about 50 times cheaper than Duponts.

I have a NIBO VIP. The black and gold one with the gold flake in the lacquer. ........Its ok.
Its is a cheap lighter. It makes a "tink" sound when it opens....the flame isn't really strong.....a Bic, DJeep, etc lighter has a more forceful flame. I keep it in my desk at work. I like my SOLO brand lighters better though.

(BTW, are the Blazer's really that good??? I ordered one off eBay yesterday...)

Re: Nibo VIP really a good lighters?

I bought two of the VIPs some time back. One didn't work right out of the box, but the other one has worked fine. That was before I found the PB-207. Now I wouldn't use anything else; well except the Roburn MT-7705, which I use when sitting around the house.

Kyle, PM me your address and you can have the one VIP that works. No sense in buying one when this one just sits in the drawer. I will warn you though that it goes through butane mighty fast.
