Cigar Oasis XL - H20 Message
I've been reading the forums for a bit now, but this is my first post!
Anyways, I've been having some issues with my Cigar Oasis XL keeping the proper humidity... It keeps running and has the message H20 for status. I tried different amounts of water but with no luck. So, I called Cigar Oasis today and here are their instructions: - Submerge the Water Cartridge in distilled water for 4-5 minutes - Take it out and place it on the counter for 4-5 minutes - Pour out the extra water - Dry the top - Put it back together! Just thought I would share. Thanks!  |

Cigar Oasis has great support!...I had one that a plastic knock-out left in the upper assembly, and I was concerned it would damage the fan or restrict flow. They replaced it immediately not problem.

I have an Oasis XL too! I love it!!!! I've had it since around Feb/March '06. All I have to do is add a little distilled water ever month and a half or two.
