i use a 50/50 mix of PG and distilled water. is that going to ruin my beads? can i correct it by letting the beads dry out and then adding just distilled water?

Yes it will. The PG itself will not come out of the beads and plugs up the micro pores in the beads. This makes the beads incapable of performing the way they should.

What about using Drymist sticks in the same humi where I have beads. They are not in contact or close proximity to each other. Does the drymist tubes put off enough of a gasous output that they would be harmful to the beads?
