I did a search and the Western looks like the best hygro to get. I cant find them. Does anyone know where to look, or have another brand that they could recommend? I sure would appreciate it because mine is a p.o.s

I figured that with the beads the hygrometer is not as important. If the beads are maintained the humidity will be good. I could be wrong but thats what I was thinking.

This is true for the most part but better safe than sorry. Plus some of us have the beads in tubes that make it difficult to tell when they are dried out or saturated.
